Recently Achieved Fitness Goal: Avi was able to improve his running time, overall recovery and endurance!
How Fitness Goal Was Achieved: Avi worked with the NOAA Fitness team and fully took advantage of the 6 week assessment. This helped him challenge himself and break out of a monotonous routine.
Favorite Thing About the NFC: The friendly, knowledgeable staff and their willingness to help someone challenge himself and meet his goals!
Favorite Exercise: Cycling. “Because finding parking in this building is not how I want to sweat in the morning.”

Fun Fact: Avi creates illustrations when he is not working- he has even illustrated a children’s book and a zombie parody book!
